最近的我 – 8月流水帐

好长时间没有更新博客了，手头上的工作较多，很多东西还在学，没有形成一定的积累，厚积薄发还达不到。

压力好大，家里人不太希望我和现在的GF在一起，只因地理位置的关系，有很多和我类似遭遇的人，杯具的是我现在还属于传说中的异地恋，还是不肯来。。

买了好几本书（当当满100可以使用20元礼券~），这个是能源不能断掉，扩宽知识面，处处留情~

另外还买了Razer地狱狂蛇，这款游戏鼠标用起来还不错，镜面版的130大洋，唯一不足的是不是呼吸灯，蓝蛇是直亮着的，再配合Razer重装甲虫操控鼠标垫，当时就爽了，玩游戏的时候感觉我离开了外面的世界 …

原本这周六要去教堂的。嘿嘿，总之没去成，帮cherry搬了家，然后陪勇子去升配了电脑。

流水帐到这停止了，整理下周末的工作，明天要用~

这篇文章在我的草稿箱里呆了两天左右的时间，因为最近手头上的工作较多，产生了一些消极疲惫，我选择用两天的时间来重新看待问题并作出调整（前面有看到唐某的一句话，大致意思是他会选择用两周的沉默时间来思考… …）

没有了消极观念，而是积极应战，帮助自己调整好一个良好的心态去面对生活。

一些经历

08年5月份到的上海，到现在已经工作两年零两个月了，记得应聘上第一家公司华印，那天刚好是我的生日，当时很高兴，感觉是跳着回去的:-)

再到后来的蜕变，给了我很大的影响，爽的责任感，腊肉妹的细心，Chenbingo的热情，Grace的蜕变精神等。这些给了我很深刻的印象，这期间我也养成了一些较好的习惯：写博客、每日阅读、定期整理文档、操作体验。

到现在的Milestone大家都很幽默，在快节奏的工作中练就出的一身本领，每个人都有自己拿手的幽默方式，当然我们有自己的学习计划，这是我近两个月的学习，效果还是在的：

SEO学习

近一阶段，完成了SEO的学习，工作学习当中整理了数篇文档，把学到的通过文字、语言的形式表述出来，真的效果加倍。

不过这项工作仍需要大量的实践经验，本身门槛不算高，前端这个职位至少需要了解这一项，在我看来这很重要。

HTML5+CSS3尝试

完成Milestone整站的HTML5、CSS3的新布局重构。

喜欢HTML5的新标签的语义化，页面不只是靠样式来赋予色彩，语义化的标签组合搭配，让我觉得代码一样很好看，就像大家所说的代码如诗。

无穷尽的新特效仍有待学习和发掘。

特殊的力量

4月我遇到了我的GF。这股力量属于现在、未来，我将这股力量看作是永动机，她使我的生活丰富多彩。你不只是像某个电视剧里的一段台词，“我的生活就是这样，除了工作还是工作，下班回到一个暂属于自己的小屋子里，抬头看看天花板…”这种想法是可怕的。

难以想象，我将我的游戏时间缩减到了每周五晚上的2小时WarⅢ，水平也越来越臭了，囧~

小学就读到的一句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”。没事儿看点儿好书。

关于后面要做的事

2010是金牛座忙碌收获的一年，想必每个人都有自己的年底总结，不把是太多时间浪费在重复计划上面，需要的是有效的执行。

常规项目计划作加法：设定一个目标, 围绕该目标, 列出所需条件评估，一一满足；列出任务, 然后一一实现；据此时间预算从前往后推算。

紧急项目计划作减法：只作必须的事情。如果这件事情不做，这个项目就没有意义, 那么这件事情定义为必须；短期的紧急项目只关注必要的结果, 其他的实现成本高的任务砍掉；非必要的条件性任务可以安排先后顺序调整；锦上添花的功能或效果不作任务承诺或者安排在缓冲时间实现；时间预算从后（Dead line）往前推。

2. 早期需求挖掘

内容策划方面需求越确凿越好

如果时间紧张, 内容策划却没有确定, 设计师搅和进去, 一定吃力不讨好, 奉劝不必在此浪费自己的能量, 时间是设计师发挥的客观限制。

视觉风格需求参考越丰富越好

早期需求方看到的视觉风格越多, 越有利于需求方作出准确的判断, 如果已经进行到页面视觉设计了, 再被需求方发现与之更贴合的视觉风格, 要求修改, 那项目就危险了；与其中途改道, 不如未雨绸缪, 在与时间博命的项目里, 一切变动来得越早越安全。

3.尽可能多的要求资源扫清障碍

设计师资源：根据质量守恒，任务一定的情况下，要求更多的设计师资源是能够帮助项目进程的；但不可一开始就大规模设计师一拥而上，精兵突袭，往往能在短时间内取得奇效，因此保持队伍轻灵，要求后备资源充足，随时可用为上策。

缓冲时间：要求专项时间资源固定给审核，修改，提升使用

4.拆分开来设计流程可以被打乱

这是紧张项目对流程灵活务实的一个需求，各方面都应以不阻碍其他方面的进程为划分任务优先级的标准

例如交互设计为不阻碍视觉设计进程，可根据策划先设计必须页面效果，然后再仔细设计功能模块流程

交互设计步骤也可以拆分为：首页效果设计——信息架构整理——提供其他页面视觉参考。

视觉设计则拆分为主视觉和页面实现，主视觉只要找到大体方向，精炼提升的工作也可以安排在所有必须设计完成之后再来实现。

5. 大军压近全线并行

扫清条件限制，各部门统筹协作，紧凑推进不留空隙

6. 不要唯需求方马首是瞻

在项目过程中, 尤其是相关部分已经完成的情况下,绝不允许需求方无休止的提出新需求;

如果正在展开实际设计, 而新需求对项目后续的影响不能完全评估, 那么设计师也需要拒绝并且告知需求方把风险所在;

为每个阶段的出产物也留出固定的缓冲时间, 便于需求方审核, 反馈意见, 设计师收集建议和修改;

修改需求需要专责小组审核讨论其合理性, 综合决定是否修改, 避免不明真相, 越改越错, 或者决策失误, 来回往返修改

7. 不可轻易易帅

紧急设计项目不似一场足球赛, 发现主要队员无法进入状态或者好运用完就赶紧换下场；项目过程中不可轻易换掉主要设计师作主要设计，对项目背景, 需求的理解, 对项目节奏的把握绝不是任何设计师在短时间里复制和替代的, 当然这也更要求主要设计师具备深入设计的专业精神和优化能力

8.提高沟通成本以提高沟通效率

这看上去是个损招，不过也是激发团队潜能，节约时间的好招。

提高沟通成效率要诉求是不要陷入无截至的发想和讨论中，把时间花在实际设计上，如果不能立刻提出更优方案，就按已有设计执行；提高沟通成本的辅助工具是：电话，邮件，集中在每次的电话和邮件中解决一批问题，避免一个问题多次反复的讨论；尽量不要使用IM沟通

9. 草木皆兵使用你的用户

到了最后, 有不同的参与者, 对同一可用性问题可能会出现不同意见, 迅速解决内部争执, 说服力超强, 节省时间的必备良方——用户。没错, 很紧急的项目也可以使用用户, 任何不是该项目的参与者都可以作为用户，每位一二分钟的判断和理由陈述, 一小时就能有可观量的选择。我们需要知道为什么用户这样选择吗? 我们需要追究用户有没有撒谎吗? 如果我们有更多的时间, 那一定能知道。但是现在我们得到了一个用户在第一时间会认同的结果。

前端知识收集与管理-第9期WEB标准交流会

这是6月份的WEB标准化交流会，这里是话题：

Title：前端工程师的知识收集与管理
Description：知识收集与知识管理：包括个人的和团队的，从工具、流程到平台！

本期上海是在The NetCircle，这里很有趣，关键字：酷工厂、苏州河、复式、玻璃缸鱼、碟子；

还有倒着的路标哦:-)：

关于收集知识的工具：
Google Reader 、Notepad 、 FF插件、 WIZ 、 PKM2 、 Wiki 、以及本地搭建服务器，其实大伙谈及到的都差不多;

关于规范文档的整理：
赞同Neil同学，团队起步期需要逐渐形成规范文档，加强团队配合;
抛出如何建立遵循文档，来自盛大创新院的童鞋(印象中上海第一届WEB会举办来过的，强人~)指出了其实重要的不是规范文档，每个公司团队都会有自己的规范，而是工作流程当中的有效沟通配合，相对来说更为重要。

对于某同学的规范文档(大家的名字都还不太记得-_-|||)
其中有四点我个人觉得可以改变下：

1、去掉HTML注释，避免IE6的注释BUG；
关于删掉这点不太赞同，因为网站页面的布局SEO人员需要通过注释来了解页面的布局情况，便于作出优化调整；

2、拼音命名
这个是要避免，但不一定是要全部避免，对于SEO来说，重要页面采用拼音命名是被认可的，有时候拼音来的更直接些，甚至是可以是中文汉字命名；

3、图片大小控制
我觉得如果所有的图片都不对其大小进行设置，那么比如：对于一些图文混排的布局，网速慢的情况下，页面上的大图加载前后，会产生“动态效果”；

4、CSS书写顺序，先外观后..
这个是习惯问题，我比较倾向于按字母a-z的顺序来书写样式文档；

另外使我印象比较深刻的是：
这是第二次见某位同学准备好了稿子发言，向他学习；
还有在语言表达方面，语言层次分明，断句断词处敲到好处，不像我一股脑的说完，多听多思考比较；
